Doing it Afraid!! An opening of my heart and soul in an attempt to help others learn through my discovery and research what I’ve been the target of all of my life. I am the survivor of Narcisstic Abuse. Did I know I was a victim? Not until recent years when legal counsel told me that I was dealing with a “sociopath.” I didn’t really understand the term, but my lack of understanding sent me on a journey.

I’ve researched much, but there always seems to be the final element missing. Blogs, articles, books, and videos all gave the what, a few addressed the why. Some even addressed the need to move beyond. However, I believe there remains a missing element, and that’s the how to move forward once you’ve learned what shadow you’ve been living under. How to live in victory, how to experience hope, joy and how to once again trust. It’s a process, one step at a time. The most important component in it all is the absolute changing of the way you think. Mind renewal is crucial to experiencing victory and belief in yourself. This blog is the essence of my journey from a life lived under narcissistic abuse to a mountaintop experience. I hope to educate many about this unknown evil. I’m not an expert on the subject, this blog is just an encapsulation of years of learning. Won’t you join me as I unveil the revelation of living in freedom from “The Trap” of Malignant Narcissism?
